Established in the 1930s, the Quarterdeck is truly one of Nova Scotia’s hidden treasures! From its origins as a roadside canteen serving hot dogs to earning the reputation as the South Shore’s foremost destination for authentic maritime hospitality and fresh, inspired Nova Scotian cuisine. As a Taste of Nova Scotia member, our Grill is focused on serving up traditional flavours and new favorites with an eye on sustainability and local sourcing.  Centrally located on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, the Quarterdeck is just 1.5 hours from Halifax, Yarmouth and Annapolis Royal.
