Founded in 1976 as a small lobster retailer based out of Nova Scotia, Clearwater Seafoods has grown to become one of North America’s largest seafood companies, operating from ocean-to-plate. For over 40 years, Clearwater has been recognized for its superior quality, food safety, diversity of species and reliable worldwide delivery of premium seafood. Today, Clearwater is proudly Indigenous owned and is committed to creating a sustainable future that will provide seafood for generations to come.

Clearwater continues to operate two retail stores: one in Bedford, Nova Scotia and one at the Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
